Mindfulness - Mind Full Graphic
Mindfulness is a mental state in which you are paying attention (your full attention) to a particular item in your awareness. It not only involves paying attention and being aware of the object of your focus, but it also involves not making judgments about what you are mindful of.  Mindfulness is a way of perceiving and focusing attention on something without being distracted by other thoughts. Mindfulness meditation is a form of meditation that is practiced by most Buddhists and which has become popular because of its positive effects on the mind and body of its practitioners.  Mindfulness meditation is being used in medical setting, psychology, psychotherapy, spiritual, and self-development programs around the world.

Note: The “mindfulness” graphic on this page was obtained from the internet but I could not find the artist’s name.   I  “clean-up” the original  image and everyone is welcome to use it.

      I found the graphic on the internet and you are welcome to use it. I cleaned this image up with photoshop since most of the internet versions were of poor resolution and quality. Enjoy it.

      I found the image all over the internet but it was not credited to anyone that I could find. Anyone wishing to use the image for their own purposes is welcome to do so. I personally find this graphic a great reminder to be “present” whenever I see it and have placed it around the house since I frequently fall into “mindlessness” a lot of the time.

My website has a lot of unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement.
